The Jere Wright Global Difference!
A Jere Wright Global gemstone globe is truly the genuine article. We specifiy and inspect all of the high quality materials that go into our globes, including:
Our globes are tensioned at each axle to ensure they rotate freely when you spin them and stay stationery when you don't. This provides extra stability and prevents against wear and tear.
Every country is represented by a semi-precious stone from around the world, and the stone are indigenous to the country whenever possible. Some of the stones used are Picture Jasper, Abalone, Malachite, Mother-of-Pearl, Jade, Emerald, Green Agate, Tiger’s-Eye, as well as many others.
Each stone is carefully cut and polished, then hand inlaid into a bed of ground lapis, onyx, red jasper or howlite. The lines for latitude and longitude are highlighted with inlaid gold using a special technology. Each globe is then encased in 7 coats of acrylic protective coating. The finished globe is then mounted into a polished stone, lacquered metal, or other exquisite frame.
Our globes are wonderful for both personal and corporate gifts. These works of art enhance the beauty of your home and office. They are especially valued when given as a corporate incentive award, and are treasured for years to come.
RETURN POLICY: Returns for defective products only.

If you do need to do a more thorough job of cleaning, clean the globe with a mild dishwashing detergent on a cloth or sponge with warm water (not hot). Rinse with fresh water on cloth or sponge and dry with a lint-free towel or cloth. Do not allow cleaner to come in contact with the globe as this may discolor the crystal polyurethane finish, which protects the stones.
Copper finished bases are best cleaned with a mild dishwashing liquid and should be cleaned as noted in the globe cleaning instructions above. We recommend using the same cleaning techniques for Lapis-Based stands.
We recommend cleaning Brass and Copper surfaces first, then cleaning the globe. Maintenance is done with a Jeweler’s Cloth.
Good care of your Globe will ensure its beauty for years to come…
Enjoy your Globe!
